Both the meeting organizer and invitees need only access the KSIN URL from their PCs to quickly and cost-effectively experience an avatar meeting.
Features
Avatar meetings can be reserved at an economical rate of $1.28 (USD) for 10 minutes.
Charges will not be incurred until the avatar meeting is actually utilized, even after completing user registration.
We utilize high-definition 3DCG avatars known as digital humans.
You can select from characters dressed in formal business attire, designed to represent office receptionists or hotel front desk staff, making them highly suitable for use in business environments.
Normally, high-quality 3DCG rendering requires specialized and expensive computers. However, KSIN processes all the heavy workloads on cloud servers, allowing you to use it on your usual office computers and smartphones.

Trade Show
Sending staff to events or trade show held in distant locations can be a significant burden. With KSIN TimeShare, you can promote your products right from your office desk. Having a real avatar stand at your booth can also increase visibility and draw attention.
Consultations and Interviews
Why not enhance communication by placing approachable avatars as consultants? Using avatars can also make it easier for people to express their true feelings during consultations, which might be harder to convey in real-life video conferences or face-to-face meetings. This approach can make discussions more open and less constrained.
Online Classes
Why not host unique classes taught by avatar instructors? As more people are teaching languages and other skills during their spare time, this approach not only preserves the privacy of the instructors but also provides students with a fresh learning experience.
Usage Fees
- For meetings up to 10 minutes, you can use the service for free up to 15 times.
- A fee of $1.40 (USD) (including tax) per 10 minutes will be charged starting from the 16th session.
- Following your first use, you may be asked to participate in a survey about your experience with the service.
- For meetings over 10 minutes, the charge is approximately $1.40 (USD) per 10 minutes.
- For example, a one-hour meeting will cost approximately $8.40 (USD). Meetings can be canceled for free up to one hour before they start.
- Monthly billing is used, and if charges are incurred, an invoice (PDF) will be sent by email by the 5th of the following month.
- Payment is due by the end of the next month.
Avatar Meeting Process
Step1.
Meeting Reservation
Select your desired time slot and the avatar you wish to use on the reservation calendar.
Step2.
KSIN User Registration
To confirm a reservation, a KSIN user account is required. Please register at the time of your first use.
Step3.
Obtain Avatar Meeting Link
Obtain the link (URL) for the avatar meeting and share it with the participants you wish to invite.
Step4.
Start Avatar Meeting
When the scheduled time arrives, you can converse using avatars with the participants you have invited.
If the avatar or camera feed doesn’t appear automatically, please click the ‘Reconnect’ button and wait.
Step5.
Survey Request
After your first use, we may request you to complete a survey about your experience with our service. We will contact you via the email address or phone number provided at registration and appreciate your cooperation.
FAQ
It’s as easy as using a standard video conference. The avatar automatically mimics the operator’s facial expressions captured by the camera, so no special operations or app installations are needed.
You can use your regular laptop or smartphone. Both the host and the invitees need one computer (or smartphone) each and can access the KSIN web app via the internet.
It is designed for one operator controlling the avatar and one conversation partner, making it a one-on-one interaction.
Please make payments via bank transfer. Usage fees are billed monthly. If there are any charges for the month, an invoice (PDF) will be emailed at the end of the month. Please pay the amount to the bank account listed on the invoice by the end of the following month.
KSIN avatars can be implemented in physical locations such as storefronts or service counters, similar to digital signage.

Introduced at NEXCO East Japan’s Akita Expressway Four-Lane Expansion PR Room!

The PR room, located in a shopping center, features various exhibits including the history, plans, and technical aspects of the Akita Expressway expansion, as well as VR content of inspection scenes.
Initially unmanned, it now uses KSIN avatars for real-time, remote interactions, enhancing communication with visitors. The high-definition 3DCG avatars provide natural communication, resembling human expressions.
KSIN was previously tested at the Jōban Expressway’s Moriya SA. Unicast Robotics aims to address labor shortages through digital and robotic technology services.
